What I did on my weekend vacation…
OK, lame title… not a very exciting post… but some folks have asked why I never post up my horseback videos anymore. Well, the main reason is because I haven’t made one in a while. Been doing some trail riding, and getting out with the horses, but just don’t remember the video camera.
But I did remember the camera last weekend, at Rancho Del Oso, out at the coast.

Nope, not me on the guit-fiddle. That was Lucas, the son of one of our riders. He was just learning, and let me tell ya, there’s an awful lot to be said for enthusiasm, but several hours of inexpert plunking on D and E sure wears on the nerves. Still, he was into it so we let him be. Who knows, one day when he’s a famous, zillionaire music star, I’ll make a fortune off of the raw footage.
I’m mostly behind the camera, although I let my wife shoot some… that’s me in the grey t-shirt and black Stetson about halfway through the second trail ride.
